Hezri's Birthday Cake by Le Chouette Macaron

Salam all,

Last weekend, kitorang celebrate birthday hezri. Agak terkejar juga sebab weekends memang packed with  kenduri and menyalang ( thats what orang nogori called for activity bawak menantu baru visit rumah saudara mara )

I dah placed order for hezri's birthday cake around akhir april, sebulan lebih awal before the exact date, semangat sangat iolls.

This year cake ditempah dengan favourite baker, wahdi farhad from Le Chouette Macaron

Masa I tengok topchef : just desserts series, I perasan one of the contestant, Yigit ada buat petals cake, sangat lawa. So I requested for wahdi to did one for me too. Then, I minta dia tambah macarons on top.

Mula-mula I nak customised, suruh buat design kereta or arsenal badge. tapi last-last I mintak for bright colored macaron. Wahdi never fail to impress me with his artwork.

The macarons of course manis sangat tapi the cake just nice :)

I minta three layers cake, strawberry, lemon and butterscotch.

The twins so excited over Pak Busu's birthday cake. Tak sabar nak potong hehe

I brought some to my school the next day, my students semua suka sebab colorful. Budak-budak memang suka makan kek pun kan?

After habis potong kek, Hezri said, " This is actually your cake, you want this cake kan? not me"
