I must say, Yap Kwan Seng outlet decoration lagi cantik and modern berbanding outlet Las Vacas yang lain.
Starter : Mushroom Soup.
I rasa they use beef stock dalam soup ni sebab rasa sup daging tu lagi kuat dari mushroom.
Sedap tapi jangan expect you will get mushroom soup from this dish.

The sad looking Lamb Chop
Kat Las Vacas, we can choose any cuts of beef or lamb yang kita nak. Ada big fridge kat counter and we choose lah nak yang mana. bergantung kepada jenis daging and berat.
Harga biasanya RM50-RM200.
Tapi price kat Las Vacas agak reasonable and tak burn a hole in your wallet.
I ingat my lamb chop besar, rupanya kecil aje. Tak cukup to fulfill my cravings.
I minta lamb chop to be cooked medium well, tapi they give me well done. the beef quite dry. erm not good
Ribeye Steak
Yang ni memang juicy, flavourful and delicious!
Tak care much about the salad, sebab the star of the meal is the ribeye!
Perfectly cooked and super sedap.
For steak lovers yang suka makan steak dengan sauce, this is not a place for you.
Tapi for me, if beef tu flavourful, you tak perlukan sauce pun :)
