Roast chicken with oregano and lemon

Ada ayam aritu, saje wat roast chicken and makan ngan bbq sauce.


boil potatoes/carrot for 5minutes ngan sedikit garam.

Perap ayam empat jam dengan black pepper, oregano, rosemary, garam.
Letak potato bawah ayam and letak garlic dalam loyang yang sama,
sapu olive oil/butter pada ayam before masuk oven, bakar selama 40minit.

ayya...you should hv hezri's roast chicken. golden brown & crisp skin but very tender & juicy inside. hhihihi next time u come to kl paksa dia buat utk u...hhihi

haa boleh jugak tu, tak pernah makan lagi hezri masak, tapi gulai daging salai pon kene ada jugak. nak cake from kak juju jgak laa boleh?? hehe
