Victoria Sponge Cake

ing:
250g butter
250g castor sugar
250g self raising flour
5 eggs
2 t/spoon of vanilla extract

filling
200ml cold whipped cream ( kalo beli yg cair, kne blend dlu, tp jgn lame sgt,nnt die mencair, blend smpai die gebu, dlm 3 min je, kalo beli yang dlm botol, bole sapu trus ats kek tu)
fresh strawberries
raspberry/strawberry jam


steps:

blend butter with sugar
then masukkan telur satu2
then masuk kan tepung
bile da sebati, masukkan vanila extract
griskan loyang dengan butter (xmau bg die melekat)
then masukkan dalam oven around 30min. ngan suhu 180'
cucuk kek tu ngan garfu kalo nk tau masak lum.
then, bile da bawak kua from oven, bia kan kek tu sejuk dalam 10min,
nak bg senang kua frm loyang. after that, kua kan kek.
potong into half.

sapu kan jam, whipped cream (kalo sejukkan whipped cream lg sedap!) and susun strawberries.
then ltak balik yang half td on them.
sandwich it! :D
