Bridal Spa package at Aster Spring, KBMall

Salam all,

Masa cuti Thaipusam last weekend, I balik Kelantan sebab nak settle pasal kahwin. Kebetulan Kak Dila from Rukhsana Ridwan came back too to discuss pasal khemah, doorgift vip and bunga telur.

Hari Ahad, Kelantan tak cuti. My parents kerja and I seorang je kat rumah so I plan for facial dayout kat Aster Spring KBmall.

Simple Attire

First time kat Aster Spring, they need to know about your lifestyle and background. Kena answer a few questionaire and ada  therapist akan check your skin condition. Turn out my skin agak sensitive and terdedah sangat pada matahari.

Therapist tu ada bagi info sebab I kuat minum coffee/nescafe. Sehari paling sikit mesti 1 cup. So dia cakap if I minum 1 cup, I kena minum another 8 glass of water to flush out balik caffeine tu. Kalau minum 2 cup coffee kena minum 16 glass air lah. Oh my. Kalau weekend, pagi tengahari malam semua coffee. Camne tu?

Minum coffee ni tak elok untuk kulit sebenarnya. Cepat aging nanti.

Bila dah tau condition kulit, dia suggest lah jenis facial mana yang sesuai for my skin. Now kulit I stress and kering. Jadi kena buat calming treatment dulu sebab nak treat kulit tu bagi calm and ready to receive another treatment next time. I ada tanya, kalau ada treatment yang boleh bagi kulit nampak glowing masa wedding day nanti. Therapist tu cakap, tunggu 14 days after treatment today pastu baru boleh buat.

Sebab yang glowing tu bahan dia agak kuat, dia takut nanti kulit I akan ada redness or mengelupas.

Jadi hari tu, I ambil bridal package, bayar RM1299 and dapat spa treatment value RM2000. Untung lah kan?

Everytime I datang for treatment, dia akan tolak from RM2000. Valid for setahun.

Package dia, RM800 for facial, RM500 for body treatment, RM700 for add on treatment. and you just pay RM1299!

And special for bride to be, I dapat scrub, toner, calming oil, ada age defense foundation, lipcare, diary and jewellery box yang sangat lawaaa ( I tak sempat ambil gambar) and also another rm100 voucher.

Treatment dia sangat superb! She talked to me through the process. It was 2 hours. I hampir tertidur dah. Syok sangat dia buat facial and massage my neck and head. Tak terasa macam two hours.

After facial, kulit rasa licin and soft. Biasa macam licin and tegang. Ni rasa sangat selesa. maybe sebab I da buat treatment yang sesuai for my skin kot.

After habis treatment, dia bagi minum and tanya, I nak touch up a lil bit tak? Dia boleh tolong make up kan.

Diorang memang ada provide make up kit untuk kita touch up after facial so takde laa kita balik with naked face. I suka with make up product diorang and beli satu lipstick collagen from them. Lawa color dia. will do another review about it.

Engagement Dress Review

Salam all,

Lama nya nak tunggu review engagement dress haha. Sebenarnya I nak ambil gambar close up baju engagement, before buat review tapi nampak macam takde tindakan diambil, I decided to do review today.

Masa engagement, I taknak pin tudung ke belakang, sebab tak nak nampak tercekik :P

and also nak cover chest.

Tapi jadi tertutup pula bahagian beads yang lebat tu.

Sebenarnya, design asal bukan macam ni. A bit different tapi tukang jahit tersalah jahit. I memang tak suggest lah for korang untuk hire dia. Banyak masalah sangat. Baju lambat siap lah. I hantar bulan 4, janji bulan 6 siap tapi bila nak ambil bulan 6 tu, dia tak start jahit pun lagi. Bila dah jahit, ukuran lain, design lain, kena hantar betulkan balik. dia buat kain meleret labuh panjang, sebenarnya i nak pleats. Masa sketch design dah betul dah. Bila dah dapat baju dengan ukuran betul, kain kotor pula sebab kena minyak mesin jahit. Sabar je lah kan? Tapi I takmau stress, terima lah baju ni dengan design ni.

So I takkan reveal lah siapa tukang jahit tu kat sini :)

Tapi, apa yang I suka is beading dia. Beading Hariz Zakwan Wedding Services yang buat.

Memang lawa and Hariz siap tolong hantar dryclean baju I yang kotor kena minyak tu.

I cakap kat Hariz, I dah banyak sangat horror stories with  this dress, tolong lah cantikkan baju ni and save my engagement haha. drama sangat.

Hariz cadang untuk buat veil sekali, tapi I taknak pakai veil for engagement. Kahwin nanti je pakai veil.

Even I dah terlambat dua minggu dari masa sepatutnya I hantar for beading tapi Hariz and his team dapat siapkan baju on time. Seminggu before my wedding, haa nyawa-nyawa ikan tau.

Last weekend was my 5th anniversary with H.

I had a tough week and tak sempat nak plan for anything. so we keep everything simple.

He bought me one bouquet of daisies and...

Know what can make me happy?

Good food. Thats enough for me. The easiest way to win my heart is through my stomach.

The place is very cozy and classy. Love the deco. Malam kitorang dine kat sana, sultan selangor came in too.

Strawberry iced tea.

Light and very refreshing. with a hint of lime. love it!

Emperor Rolls: RM 38

Tuna, Salmon, Crab, Shrimp, Scallop, Avocado rolled together and crusted with breadcrumb.

This is no rice roll and filling full with seafood. I enjoyed these alot. Crunchy and full with flavour.

Thumbs up!

This is for sharing. Big portion.

Sirloin Garlic Steak : RM48

Sirloin with ginger garlic sauce and stir fried mushroom and bean sprout.

A bit masin so better makan dengan nasi. Ala-ala teppanyaki but vege dah overcooked.

Surf and Turf Roll : RM 38

Cucumber, Shrimp and Asparagus topped with seared Wagyu , Garlic Aioli, Chilli Sauce, Ponzu, Kabayaki Sauce.

This is seriously delicious! 

And big portion, memang tak boleh habis kan seorang. 

Flavourful and wagyu sangat lembut.

Black Sesame Ice Cream : One scoop RM8

Bila minta bill, the waiter insisted we should try their dessert, I dah cakap, im too full for dessert then dia cakap, ice cream pun taknak?

I mengalah and try laa their ice cream. No regret. suka flavour sesame tu. Tak overpowering.

I boleh makan another scoop hehe

Total damage include tax : Around RM190 +

include satu scoop lagi ice cream, japanese rice and plain water.

will give them another visit soon.

tapi kena order less, sebab tak habis pun makan.

Choosing the wedding cake

Salam all,

Hari ni settle pasal wedding cake. I nak simple flavour saja. vanilla or chocolate. Pernah terfikir nak buat rainbow cake tapi rasa macam kita buat fancy on the outside je lah. I nak simple flavour sebab fondant cake biasanya manis sangat and nampak lawa saja tapi tak sedap. Kalau nak cake lawa and sedap, is it too much to ask? :)

I limitkan kepada dua tingkat sahaja. 3 tingkat macam too much. 2 tingkat lagi murah hehehe

Wedding Preparations part 3#

Salam all,

Last weekend, I ada di KL to settle about my wedding. It was a very long dayyyyyy.

For quick breakfast, kitorang makan kat Subway. Then terus ke Artisan Roast, TTDI. Appointment with photographer at 1230pm. He arrived on time. Being me, I sampai 30 minutes early. Enjoy coffee at Artisan Roast so much! I can come back just for their latte.
Alhamdullilah, meeting went well. Photographer faham apa yang I nak, I memang tak suka posing so I prefer kalau gambar candid. And discuss flow majlis etc, apa yang I nak diorang capture. Apa yang ada masa my wedding. I juga ada bagi theme for my wedding so nanti boleh squeeze ideas, macam mana nak ambil gambar so takdelah nampak stiff and asyik same old wedding pose je. I want something different.
From the meeting, I rasa agak lega, senang nak kerja with dia. Nanti I reveal photographer lepas my wedding ye. Tak surprise if reveal now.

Then pukul 230pm habis meeting, break kejap, settle mana yang patut. Sempat lunch kat Sambal Hijau Sg Penchala and sempat beli tudung kt Sri Munawarrah heee. Pukul 4pm, sambung appointment with wedding planner pula. Patut kat Artisan Roast jugak tapi rasa macam jem otak dah duk situ. Kitorang move to Love @ the first bite, TTDI. Tea break, so I order mushroom soup. OMG sangat sedap tapi tak sempat ambil gambar. Kalut sangat nak start discussion.

Fruitful meeting, finalize warna for hantaran. so I discuss lah semua hal dr decorations, background, candy buffet, ice cream station, bilik pengantin etc. and Rukhsana Ridwan is coming to Kelantan this 26 Januari to meet my mum and settle pasal khemah di rumah and ambil ukuran rumah so senang nak place pelamin. Discuss juga pelamin for hezri's side. Rukhsana buat pelamin for both sides.
Sepatutnya belah lelaki settle pelamin for side dorang but H mintak I settlekan. dia just bagi theme color. I am more than happy to help heheh wedding is my thing!
After that, kitorang pergi hall, tengok besar mana stage, banyak mana kain nak guna, mana nak letak guests book etc. Tak sampat nak spill semua :)

so far, semua preparations berjalan lancar except for kad kahwin yang tak siap lagi.
