The Bee @ Jaya One

Selepas baca a few reviews pasal The Bee, i tak sabar-sabar nak try their food.
even ramai cakap tak suka pergi Jaya One sebab the place was quite confusing, i dont care!

sebabnya? tak sabar nak rasa their burgers, the bee burger and ebi fry burger.
so after sunday late brunch with my friends kat the curve, i tros heading ke jaya one.

love their cozy enviroment. rasa macam cafe-cafe overseas. sesuai for friends and family gathering.

after seated, the waitress inform us that, on the weekends they only offer brunch menu for the whole day.

WHATTT?!

which means, no burgers. just eggs and u know, brunch!

i dah down.
ME WANT ME BURGER!

i went thru their menu and nothing caught my eyes. brunch brunch brunch. scramble eggs, pancakes and sandwiches. but your truly nak heavy meal.

T_T nvmind.

1 americano comes with their menu set.

i ordered, Huevos Racheros rm17

mexican wrap with beef bacon, fried egg and melted cheese with jalapeno.

and kinda like it :)

who doesnt love bacon with cheese btw

the other half ordered bacon pancakes rm18

me loves their pancakes! thick, fluffy and buttery. lagi-lagi ade cinnamon cream atas tu. sangat sedap! rasa macam butter cake.

tapi after a few bites tak boleh habis sebab muak. better share lah this one :)

i sure datang lagi tapi on the weekdays! i wanna try their burgers!

Cinnabon @ 1 Utama

salam all,

believe me when i said i never tried Cinnabon before.
so when hezri asked, nak minum petang x? nak cinnabon?
i was hesistated.

but then, i nodded.

1 cinnamon rolls and 1 drink costs rm7.50

i thought it was abit expensive so we shared one.
surprisingly it was quite fulfilling!
after a few bites i cant take it anymore

i kinda like it but next time i would ask one without the chocolate syrup.

tak perlu perkenal dah restoran ni, memang ramai yang tahu. we went there for a quick lunch. tak ramai orang on a saturday afternoon and service pun sangat laju. kami order,

daging masak halia, rm4.50. perasa cukup dan sedap tapi daging tak banyak.more to halia masak daging :P

kailan ikan masin rm3.50

sambal belacan

telur dadar

tomyam ayam rm5.00.cukup rasa and i suka sebab tak oily.

masam and pedas semua cukup.

total cost :

rm21.20
incld : 2 nasi putih, limau ais and sirap limau. reasonable, duncha think?

celebrate my parents' 25th anniversary hari tu.

tapi tak semua yang ada sebab semua kerja.

ikan fres, sedap, ada rasa masam pedas. luv it!

roasted chicken, tapi kena tutup dengan crackers,

butter prawn. terbaik punya!

Sayur campurpuas hati sangat makan sini.

tak sure brape kos food malam tu,

tapi biasa nya makan 2-3 orang kat sini,

lebih kurang harga kat four seasons KB

tak rugi try and their steamboat pun nice :)

otw nak pergi KB, kat simpang traffic light wakaf che yeh,

nampak banglo besar tepi jalan,

and signboard New Horizon Garden,'

thats it.

sesuai for family gathering :)

ada satu weekend teringin nak try Restoran Sri Idaman di Teluk Tempoyak, Penang.

Tak susah nak cari restoran ni, ambil jalan menuju ke Batu Maung, Penang
Bila jumpa traffic light 4 simpang ( kalau ke kiri, restoran pen mutiara) pergi straight. dalam 500m, nampak lorong masuk ke kiri, ada signboard teluk tempoyak,masuk kiri. lorong tu sebelum Sekolah Menengah Batu Maung.

masa sampai table semua penuh.

pilih dulu ikan and bagitau nak wat masakan apa, ala-ala makan kt umbai melaka lah.

kitorang pilih :

ikan siakap putih steamed limau.

ketam masak cili (more to sweet sour to me)
cara dia masak, bukan the way yang i like it,
sauce dia campur dengan telur, masam manis rasa.
i expect rasa pedas sebab masak cili.
and agak mahal, seekor ketam rm27

Lala masak pedas,
sauce sama macam di atas.
tak berapa suka sangat.

eh tertinggal gambar ketam tadi :P

honest opinion:

seafood dia mahal untuk kawasan perkampungan nelayan.

and i can get cheaper seafood around queensbay or at moonlight cafe batu feringghi.

with better taste.

and rasanya restoran ni overrated.

Restoran Salero Negori @Amcorp Mall

Salam all,

i seriously cant get enough of nasi minang!

kalau tanya nak makan apa for lunch,i'll go, nasi minang!

so this is.. i dont know.. 100th visit or what.

masa sampai hari tu, ahad and memang time lunch, sangat ramai orang. sampai we need to stand and wait for the table around 15min.

so,

we ordered teh botol

rm3.50 satu.

ikan keli bakar rm 6.50 ( quite expensive i think)

pergedel rm 2.00

jering goreng rm 2.00

gulai pucuk paku rm2.00 daging dendeng rm3.00

gulai daging salai rm3.00

their gulai daging salai is the best!

i could lick the bowl off.

Yik Mun Famous Pau in Tanjung Malim

we went to tanjung malim to visit UPSI (dad's college) and

in front of their gate,

there is a pau shop that caught my eyes but my mum had a lil bit doubt feeling

about the pau.

was it halal or not?

and it is halal.

we bought two types of pau,

chicken curry and homemade kaya.

if u ask me,

i'll vote for their kaya pau!

the pau was so fully and the filling (kaya) not so sweet but very thick.

and creamy too.

just the way i like it
