Honeymoon Review : The Briza Resort, Koh Samui Thailand

Salam all,

Two days after majlis resepsi sebelah pengantin lelaki, kami terus honeymoon di Koh Samui. Sungguh nice lepas berpenat lelah berbulan-bulan planning and preparing for the wedding events then terus get away :)

Hezri pilih hotel and plan for our honeymoon, I was busy with a lot of things and cannot focus on this trip.
And I really love the hotel that he chose. super nice!

The Briza situated at Chaweng. Tapi takdelah exactly at Chaweng Beach. So jangan risau with all the noise at Chaweng Beach. Memang takkan dengar punya :)

Interior and exterior design of this resort memang sangat lawa. I was so excited when arrived at this place. Rasa nak melompat aje :P For your information, resort ni tiada bilik hotel. Semua nya private villa. ada duplex untuk family, ada villa yang complete with spa room dalam bilik.

Resort ni penuh dengan pokok kemboja cina.

At the reception lobby, masa tunggu Hezri check in, they gave us wet towel and welcome drink.
Orang thailand sangat lemah-lembut and sopan :)

Kawasan resort ni quite besar so they sent us to our villa by buggy.

The restaurant.

This is our villa! :)
On your left is our bedroom and on your right is our living room.
In the middle, private pool.

The living room.
Ada sink and toilet kat sini. I use this toilet sebab segan toilet dalam bilik sangat lah open :P
Kat living room, they provide tea, coffee, kettle and siap ada radio, cd player lagi.

The Balcony

Private pool

Ni kat dalam bilik, bukak pintu je nampak ada separated sink, I suka. Tak payah share hehehehe

Normally I tak suka hotel product, memang I akan bawak shower foam sendiri. Tapi kat sini, I suka betul product yang they provide. Hari-hari syampoo kat The Briza hehe. Ade two choices of shower foam, 'Earth' and 'Wind'. Earth tu ada flora scent, and Wind tu macam peppermint and ginger scent. Macam bau di Spa.
And shampoo with conditioner diorang sangatlah best! tak macam hotel-hotel lain yang kalau guna rambut jadi kasar macam sabut kelapa gitu. I saja guna banyak-banyak sebab nak diorang refill everyday.
huduh perangai

Jacuzzi

This is why I taknak guna toilet dalam bathroom, sebab toilet dalam glass mirror. Tak selesa lah :-/
Shower kat depan ni, and I ambil gambar ni masa duduk atas toilet bowl hehehe huduh perangai part 2.

And this is our bed, siap berkelambu lagi

Fresh fruits from the hotel

Masa sampai di Briza, rasa lapar sangat. Lepas mandi, terus makan maggi. Nak order food kat hotel tapi was-was. Lagipun nak save perot for big dinner later.

Masa breakfast, I makan bread, cereal, pancake and if they served vegetarian fried rice boleh lah makan. then makan fruits and salad je lah. kalau eggs pun order poached or boiled eggs aje.

Kalau nak keluar ,kat hotel boleh sewa motor. RM30 je sehari. Kalau ambil depan hotel, dapat RM20 per day. Opposite this resort pun ada massage spots, ada laundry, ada travel agent. Jalan kaki je. Masa kat Briza memang I tak mandi kat laut langsung. Jalan-jalan je waktu malam sebab pantai sini sangat meriah. ada live band, ada show, nanti we continue on that part. Most of the time, kitorang berenang dalam pool je. sebab cuaca kat Koh Samui sangat terik. Malam-malam pukul 10-11 malam pun kitorang terjun pool lagi.

Pintu masuk villa.

Masa jalan-jalan around Koh Samui, I rasa banyak resort lawa-lawa kat sini. Ada yang serendah-rendah harga RM180 per night ( next to our hotel, Tango Beach Resort)
Sampai lah beribu-ribu satu malam.

So kepada pasangan yang ingin honeymoon ke Koh Samui, jangan risau. Memang cant go wrong lah kalau datang tempat ni.

Will continue posts on journey to Koh Samui, activities and food :)

xoxo!
