Creamy and cheesy wet butter prawn recipe!

im home!
its still ramadhan ,
but we girls got our days off. hehe
xpnah try this recipe.
this is my 1st attempt
and it tasted good! :D
tiger prawns.
brape ekor pun takpe.
ikut selera masing.
perap dengan pepper and salt.
and i tambah oregano sikit. (optional)

half cup of milk


dua ulas bawang putih
cili padi
and cheddar cheese

goreng dulu udang tadi dalam minyak panas


ketepikan dulu.
and minyak goreng udang tu, boleh letak dalam bekas lain.
guna kuali yang sama.
masukkan butter.

tunggu sampai butter tu cair.
make sure api in medium heat,
jangan terlalu besar.

then tumiskan garlic, masa ni bau die sangat wangiiii.
then masukkan cili padi
then, masukkan susu tadi.
biar sampai boil

then masukkan udang.
and sedikit garam.
lepas tuh, masukkan cheddar cheese.
kacau sampai pekat kuah dia.
boleh hidangkan!

sebab ade cheese kt rumah. aku try guna mende2 yang da ade kt umah hahah. malas nk keluar beli. try laa ni. sedap haha puji diri sendiri

cream cheese nak wat cheesecake ker?
banyak je mane-mane. tesco ade. alamanda pon sure ade. cari kat side susu, cheese, butter, mesti ade cream cheese. bentuk die cm butter.
petak segi empat.
